We send your filled out log forms to the state agency that requires them. The information is stored in our servers. If there is an issue and the state has a question or issue about your data we can pull it again or allow them to contact you directly.

Currently we share your data with the MS department of Environmental Quality.

We collect the information requested by the MS DEQ for completing driller logs and pump install reports.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We send your completed reports to MS DEQ and we save a copy on our servers as a backup.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We share your information with the state agency your drill logs are submitted to. Your information as filled out in the forms is submitted to the state.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Yes. We want to see who is using the app and how they use it. We never track you outside of the app and we have to access your GPS info to help you get the latitude and longitude of your current location.

5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We are only in the USA

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

2 years. After 2 years we purge old records as they have been with the state long enough that there is almost certainly no reason to keep a backup.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

No.
